Scope of Services

We support international technology and manufacturer partners with structured market entry in Germany and Europe. This includes commercial project coordination, the integration of local operational structures, the coordination of supply routes from non-EU countries, and the preparatory coordination of documentation, product conformity and registration requirements, for example for electrical devices, battery systems and technical infrastructure components. Drawing on our experience with European trade, corporate and project structures, we help manufacturers and project partners to prepare deliveries of goods from China and other non-EU markets into the core EU in a structured way. The focus is not only on the delivery itself, but on the overall coordination of import readiness, local points of contact, technical documentation, compliance preparation, EPC and EPCM project coordination, project execution and long-term partnership capability. The legal, tax and customs implementation is carried out on a project-specific basis in coordination with specialized advisors, freight forwarders, customs agents and the respective responsible companies.
